By downloading, installing, or using Notas AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Notas AI is a mobile application that provides AI-powered chat conversations and note-taking functionality. The App uses artificial intelligence services to generate responses and assist with your writing and organization needs.
Notas AI Premium is available as an auto-renewable subscription with the following options:
Prices may vary by location and are subject to change.
New subscribers may be eligible for a 1-week free trial. The free trial is available once per Apple ID. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial period if applicable.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your device Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Notas AI.
Without a subscription, you may use the App with the following limitations:
You may view existing content but cannot create new chats or notes beyond these limits without subscribing.

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. You acknowledge that:
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Notas AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Content you create using the App remains your property. You retain all rights to your notes, conversations, and exported data.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Notas AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by other means. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
