When you try to create a second chat or note, you'll see the subscription screen. You can also access it from Settings. Choose between monthly ($3.99) or yearly ($29.99) plans, both with a 1-week free trial.
Go to your device Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Notas AI → Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
If you've previously subscribed, go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
All your chats and notes are stored locally on your device. We do not store your data on our servers. If you delete the app, your data will be lost unless you export it first using the Export feature in Settings.
Go to Settings → Export Data. This will create a JSON file containing all your chats and notes that you can save or share.
Check your internet connection. The AI features require an active internet connection to work. If the problem persists, try closing and reopening the app.
In any chat, tap the settings icon and toggle on "Web Search." This allows the AI to search the internet for up-to-date information when answering your questions.
Tap and hold on any AI response to see the "Read Aloud" option. You can choose between premium OpenAI voices or free iOS voices in Settings.
